Returns & exchange policy

  • Thank you for shopping with Ypnosia Fashion. We hope that you’re pleased with your order.
  • If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return any unworn item within 14 days of receipt. Any item returned thereafter will not be accepted.
  • When returning products to Ypnosia Fashion, please use the original packaging and the return etiquette provided, carefully filling in your name and address in the required fields. Do not forget to include the completed Return & Exchange form and a copy of the invoice.
  • Please also state the reason for the return and/or the desired exchange item.
  • The cost and risk of returning items is borne by the customer (including any import and delivery charges) and is non-refundable.
  • Ypnosia Fashion reserves the right to inspect the returned items and to refuse the return of any products that do not comply with the conditions set out below. If the above conditions are met, you will receive a return confirmation e-mail.
  • The refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original method of payment within 5 working days of receipt of the return confirmation e-mail.
  • Upon successful processing, the amount will be credited to your account within 5 working days of the return confirmation e-mail being sent.
  • If you would like to exchange your items, please follow the steps above. Once we have received and processed your return, we will dispatch your exchange.

  • All items returned must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition in which they were delivered, with all original labels attached and complete with all parts and accessories.
  • They must also be returned in their original packaging. Failure to do so will entitle us to refuse the return and/or claim damages.
  • Please note that an exchange can only be made once.
  • In the event of a return, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment. Alternatively, you can receive a Ypnosia Fashion voucher to be used towards future purchases.
  • Insurance and handling charges are not refundable by Ypnosia Fashion in the event of a return.

  • Our products are of the highest quality in terms of fabric, design and workmanship.
  • Small imperfections and irregularities in the fabric are not quality defects, but rather evidence that the fabric has been dyed and woven by hand and not by machine.

  • Your cancellation will be automatically effective if you return the items within 14 days of receipt as stated above.
