Shipping & Delivery

Shipments within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein are handled by Swiss Post.
All parcels sent by Ypnosia Fashion are insured against theft and accidental damage. This insurance will cease upon receipt of the parcel and written confirmation of receipt.
Items will be ready for dispatch within 2-5 weekdays after the full purchase price has been credited to our account. If this is not the case for your order, we will notify you immediately.
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made within 1 to 5 weekdays to the delivery address provided by you. If the delivery time differs from the above, you will be informed immediately.
Delays in delivery cannot give rise to claims for damages.
In Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, Ypnosia Fashion bears the cost of packaging and shipping.

Worldwide shipping is also handled by Swiss Post.
Deliveries to EU countries take approximately 2 to 6 weekdays. If the delivery time differs from the above, you will be informed immediately.
Delays in delivery cannot give rise to claims for compensation.
For deliveries to countries outside of Switzerland & the Principality of Liechtenstein the customer is responsible for the payment of applicable country-specific customs and handling charges as well as any import duties and VAT taxes. These charges and taxes will not be refunded if the goods are returned.

Ypnosia Fashion will inform you by e-mail or telephone within 5 working days if the item(s) you have ordered are not available, in which case Ypnosia Fashion will refund you within 10 working days.

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number for your package. You can check the status of your package one to two hours after you receive the e-mail using the link provided.
- Shipped with Swiss Post: Check status of parcel
