Creating an account
As registered user you can take advantage of the following benefits:
- use the “Wish list” to save your favourite items for your next visit;
- save your billing address in “My Account / My Address” to complete the checkout process more quickly;
- access the information regarding all your orders through “My Account / Recent Orders.”
Changing your account details
- You may update your registration details at any time: log in to “My Account“ and enter the “Edit Account” section. You can modify your e-mail address and change your password. In the “My Address” section you can modify your billing address as well.
- If you have forgotten your Password click on the link “Forgot your Password?” Enter the e-mail address or the name,with which you registered and you will receive an e-mail with the necessary information in a matter of minutes.

- Chest: Place the measuring tape across the widest part of your chest and measure straight around your body.
- Waist: Measure straight around the waist at the slimmest point and without pulling the tape.

Prices displayed in our online boutique include the Swiss VAT. In case of delivery outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein, Ypnosia Fashion will deduct from the published price the current Swiss VAT (8%).
The client will have to pay the respective country specific customs and processing charges as well as any import sales and VAT taxes. These charges and taxes will not be refunded if the goods are returned.
Our prices are displayed and charged in Swiss Francs.
Ypnosia Fashion accepts following payment forms:
- Advance payment
- Payment with Postcard
- Payment with PayPal
Advanced payment:
- Specific information related to the payment process is provided while placing the order.
Payment with PostCard:
- Postfinance AG is the service provider for all Postcard transactions. The protected and encrypted information is transferred to Postfinance AG for processing.
Payment with PayPal:
- Easily shop online without having to enter your credit card details on the website.
- You may select PayPal as a payment method on the first page of your Shopping Bag.
- By clicking on „PLACE ORDER“, after having confirmed the details of your purchase, you will be taken to the PayPal login page where you can enter your account and conclude your payment.
- If you do not have a PayPal account yet, you can create one from the PayPal login page (paypal.com), before concluding your order.
- Your account will be charged once the order is completed.

Shipment in Switzerland and Liechtenstein
- Your package will be shipped with „Die Post“ in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
- The goods will be ready for dispatch on or after the day following your order. Unless agreed otherwise, delivery will be made within 1 to 5 business days to the shipment address specified by the customer, depending on the shipment method and place of delivery chosen. By advanced payment, the goods will be dispatched only after the full purchase price has been credited to our account.
- Delivery delays may not give rise to any claims for compensatory damages.
- In Switzerland and Liechtenstein, Ypnosia Fashion bears the costs of packaging and shipping.
Shipment in all other countries outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein
- The worldwide shipment is managed by „PostPac International.“
- Based on experience, deliveries to EU countries will take 2 to 5 business days.
- Delivery delays may not give rise to any claims for compensatory damages.
- In case of delivery outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein, Ypnosia Fashion will deduct from the published price the current Swiss VAT (8%).
- The client will have to pay the respective country specific customs and processing charges as well as any import sales and VAT taxes. These charges and taxes will not be refunded if the goods are returned.

Any item that has not been worn can be returned to us within 14 days via Post. When shipping the products back to Ypnosia Fashion, please use the original package and the provided return etiquette carefully filled out with your name and address in the requested fields. Please do not forget to enclose the filled out return form in order to be eligible for return.
All returned items must be in their original condition and neither have been worn nor washed and in the same condition in which they were delivered, with all original labels attached and complete with all parts and accessories. They must also be shipped back in their original packaging. Failing which, we are entitled to refuse to take them back and/or may claim for damages.
Costs and risks pertaining to shipping goods back are borne by the client.
Ypnosia Fashion reserves the right to inspect the products returned and to refuse the return of those products that do not comply with the requirements specified above. Provided that the conditions described above have been met, you will receive a return confirmation e-mail.
Refund by advanced payment:
- The full refund will be issued to the bank account mentioned on the return form. Please do not forget to note the name of the account owner (if different), the IBAN and the BIC7SWIFT-Code as well as the bank name and location. Postfinance will refund the full amount of the returned purchased product within 5 working days from receipt of the return confirmation e-mail.
Refund by Postcard payment:
- Thefull refund will be issued to the same Postcard used for the purchase; on the same day the client will receive the return confirmation e-mail.
Refund by PayPal payment:
- The full refund will be issued to the same Creditcard used for the purchase; on the same day the client will receive the return confirmation e-mail.
