Data protection is part of our customers' right to privacy; we take this issue very seriously and only retain the information that is essential for our customer care and service. We operate in accordance with the E-Commerce Code of Ethics issued by the ASVPC (Swiss Association of E-Commerce Merchants).
When creating an account, we ask our customers to provide personal information such as first and last name, e-mail address, postal address and telephone number. Fields marked with an asterisk are required to process orders. We cannot process orders without this information.
None of the information is shared with third parties except for our service partners who need the information to process orders, payments and deliveries. They have no right to use the information for their own purposes. The flow of information is therefore kept to a minimum.
